I am passionate about community, physical and social health.

Work Experience¬†includes babysitting as teenager, then washing dishes at a restaurant for $3 an hour! Then construction with my parents in drywall, sheetrock, paint and texture. I worked at a Chicago Style Hotdog place taking orders before becoming a cashier at a few housewares type retail stores including a Woolworths in Las Vegas. My first waitressing job was at a fabulous pizza place called Mother’s Pizza in Mesa AZ, where I also did food preparation and some cooking. I moved to Los Angeles and did more restaurant work before moving into a front desk position at a hotel on the marina. I went back to waitressing at the infamous Norms Diner: bow tie and all. I took a leave before pursuing a career in the print industry. I landed a job as as a receptionist in a printing company where I learned all things office related, including basic bookkeeping. I decided that in order to continue college courses I should have a more flexible job and was a certified massage therapist within a year. I administered for the massage school I worked at before going full time into the field. I did chair massage at a casino and a vitamin company before leaving LA to move to San Francisco.
